Fees
The registration fee will cover all expenses related to the scientific program, social program in Changchun, and conference booklets. Moreover, it will also cover the expenses of all of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and coffee breaks. The registration fee also includes $30 USD per registrant to cover charges for publishing conference manuscripts in a special issue of Veterinary Parasitology and a fee of $25 USD per registrant that will be designated for the ICT treasury.
The only costs participants will pay in addition to the registration fee will be for their hotel in Changchun (at the conference hotel or elsewhere), their airfare, and an optional fee should they elect to participate in the excursion to Beijing.

Cancellation of participation and refund policy
- Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the event will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of 30USD provided that written notice of non-attendance (by letter or fax) is received by the December 31, 2011.
- If cancellation is made after this date, the fee cannot be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the event.

Important notices:

Bank transfers must be received prior to July 31, 2011.
For security reasons, we recommend that your registration fee should be remitted into or cash transfer into the Bank Account of ICT13 Organizing Committe. The copy of the bank transfer document must be sent by fax or email stating the "ICT13" and the delegate's first name and last name.
The Organizing Committee must receive the registration amount in full, free from issuing and receiving bank charges. Otherwise any difference in amounts will be charged on-site.
Please do not send cash or other valuables by post or courier. The Conference Organizer accept no liability for registration payment lost in the post.
